  Because each product is specially made with your unique designs, we unfortunately can't accept returns as we wouldn't be able to resell a customized item. However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase.

• When Will My Order Be Shipped and How Can I Track It?

  1. Order Fulfillment: Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11:00 (CET) are printed and shipped on the same day. Be sure to check the time difference with your location to ensure timely orders. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.
  2. Tracking: We offer a tracked shipping option which provides limited track & trace capabilities. Your parcel will usually be scanned upon arrival in the destination country and when it’s out for delivery. Note that a delivery scan might not always be available, depending on the destination country and delivery service.
  3. Shipping Duration: The shipping time varies by country. For instance, deliveries to Germany take between 2 to 5 work days, while shipments to Sweden take 4 to 6 work days.
